Martial Grand Circulation

According to traditional Chinese medicine and martial arts, the dantian is the center of vital energy and a source of physical and spiritual power. The lower dantian, located in the abdomen, is responsible for the storage, transformation, and circulation of energy throughout the body.

In Martial Grand Circulation, practitioners use mental focus to lead their qi to their hands for increased striking power.
