Taiji Ball & Taiji Qigong

Taiji Ball & Taiji Qigong are important fundamental practices in furthering one’s development in Taijiquan.

Muscle/Tendon Changing & Marrow/Brain Washing Qigong

July 31 – August 7

Learn the ancient practices of Muscle/Tendon Changing & Brain/Marrow Washing Qigong to promote health and longevity.

Skill level: Intermediate to Advanced

Students should have a basic understanding of Qigong and Embryonic Breathing.

Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming

Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming (楊俊敏) is one of the most prolific authors in the world of martial arts and qigong. He is known for using his scientific background to introduce ancient qigong theories and practices to western audiences.

Dr. Yang’s martial arts background lies in White Crane Kung Fu, Long Fist Kung Fu, and Yang-style Taijiquan (Tai Chi). He is also well known for his teachings on Qin Na (Chin Na, joint-locks).

In 1982, he established Yang’s Martial Arts Association (YMAA) in Boston, MA. YMAA has since grown into a network of 30 schools in over 15 countries. Dr. Yang has traveled the world teaching at seminars and training camps.

Since 2005, Dr. Yang has resided in northern California where he trained a group of disciples in a multi-year comprehensive training program from 2008-2018. Today, he continues to author books and teach seminars online and around the world.
